1. The "Icebreaker" Generator

"I am emailing [NAME], who wrote this article: [URL/TITLE]. Their article mentions '[TOPIC]'. Write a 1-sentence 'icebreaker' that proves I actually read their content. Mention a specific point they made about '[DETAIL]' and compliment it. Be genuine, not sycophantic."

2. The "Skyscraper" Pitch

"Write a link building email to [NAME]. Context: They linked to an article about '[TOPIC]' that is outdated (from 2019). My Pitch: I just published a 2024 guide on the same topic that includes new data and updated strategies. Goal: Ask them to consider swapping the link or adding mine as an additional resource. Tone: Helpful, low pressure. 'No pressure, just thought it might be useful for your readers.'"

3. The "Broken Link" Pitch

"Write an email to a webmaster. I found a broken link on their page [PAGE URL]. The broken link used to point to a guide about '[TOPIC]'. I have a similar (working) guide here: [MY URL]. Structure:

3. Suggest my link as a replacement. Keep it short."

"Analyze the blog of [WEBSITE NAME]. Based on their recent posts, suggest 3 unique guest post titles that they haven't covered yet, but would fit their audience perfectly. Explain why each topic would perform well for them."

5. The "Unlinked Mention" Claim

"Write a polite email to [EDITOR NAME]. They mentioned my brand '[BRAND NAME]' in this article [URL] but didn't link to us. Ask if they could update the mention with a hyperlink so their readers can find us easily. Be very polite and thankful for the mention."

6. The "Resource Page" Pitch

"I am emailing a site that has a 'Best Resources for [NICHE]' page. Write a pitch explaining why my tool/guide '[MY RESOURCE]' deserves to be added to the list. Highlight 2 unique features that make it different from the other resources already listed."

7. The Subject Line Tester

"I am sending an outreach email about '[TOPIC]'. Generate 10 subject lines. 3 should be questions. 3 should be curiosity-inducing. 3 should be direct/value-based. 1 should be humorous. Keep them under 50 characters (mobile friendly)."

The "Sniper" Approach vs. "Shotgun"
